Twinkle Star Dance:
Transforming Studio Success

 

In addition to her academies, Tiffany founded Twinkle Star Dance, a complete toolkit designed to help dance studio owners streamline and enhance their recreational dance programs. Twinkle Star Dance enables studio owners to “plug” a recreational dance program into their existing studio without increasing their workload.

Twinkle Star’s Mission

Twinkle Star Dance’s mission is to help studio owners refocus their efforts on the foundation of their business: recreational dancers aged 2–6 and beginner dancers aged 6–12. These students are the backbone of any studio, and Twinkle Star Dance offers tools to ensure their success and satisfaction.

The Twinkle Star Method

The Twinkle Star Method is a revolutionary approach to training preschool-age dancers and includes four modules:

  • Skill Building

  • Center Movement

  • Just for Fun

  • Showtime

This method provides a complete suite of video resources, including age-appropriate class content and recital choreography. With these tools, even instructors new to teaching young dancers can deliver engaging, effective, and entertaining classes. These programs are proven to build studio enrollment, ensure long-term growth, and create a steady pipeline of advanced dancers.

 
 

Extensive Experience & Achievements

Tiffany’s expertise comes from decades of hands-on experience. She oversees multiple Tiffany’s Dance Academy locations with over 2,500 students and a peak enrollment exceeding 4,000. Her impressive portfolio includes:

  • Producing four Nutcracker performances each December.

  • Hosting a professional dance performance annually.

  • Managing 300 performing company dancers who participate in four convention competitions each season.

  • Teaching 15 hours of dance classes weekly.

  • Producing 25 annual recitals over two weeks every June.

In addition to her leadership roles, Tiffany is a sought-after speaker and contributor in the dance education field. She is a regular presenter at major events like Dance Teacher Summit, DanceLife Conference, and DanceTeacherWeb Conference. Her insights have been featured in publications such as Dance Teacher magazine, DanceStudioOwner.com, and Dance Informa Magazine.

Tiffany’s formal dance training and education include:

  • Tremaine Dance Center (Hollywood, 1992)

  • The University of Arizona (Magna Cum Laude, BFA in Dance, 1997)

  • The Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) program at the University of Pennsylvania (current)
